Some Indiana school districts are pleading for help from the state legislature. They want lawmakers to give them relief from a property tax cap they say is costing them millions of dollars. The legislature will likely consider several other education issues during the session starting in January. But as StateImpact Indiana’s Kyle Stokes reports, education issues like the tax caps could end up taking a back seat to another issue: the right-to-work bill.
