Discipline at Muncie Central High School one year after state report

One year ago this week, a student at Muncie Central High School was raped, and administrators took hours to report it to police.  That prompted the state Department of Education to rate the school as unacceptable in a quality review report.  IPR’s Cody Butler reports on changes made at Central since that review.

Stephen More was convicted of the female student’s assault and is currently serving a four-year sentence. Former principal Chris Smith is to stand trial November 22nd on misdemeanor charges of failing to report child abuse and neglect.
