The Economist says Progress Rail Services not hiring 650 workers

A national business magazine is reporting Progress Rail Services will only bring half the jobs they promised to Muncie by 2012.  In an article published yesterday, The Economist says the company has had trouble finding qualified workers for the 650 jobs they announced in October of 2010.  A company spokeswoman says Progress Rail Services currently employs 150 people.  By the end of 2012, they expect to employ 250 workers.
