State superintendent wants to make PL 221 tougher for schools

Indiana’s state schools superintendent says Public Law 221 – the state law that keeps schools accountable for academic progress – is too lenient and should be changed to help school performance.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Sharon Jackson reports.
