Congressman and gubernatorial candidate Pence speaks to BSU military crowd

Two days before officially kicking off a gubernatorial campaign, Congressman Mike Pence spoke with members of the Ball State University ROTC today.  Pence championed his primary issue of fiscal responsibility and debt reduction.  He says while the national debt is $14 trillion, the federal government needs to cut spending while still keeping its obligations.

Pence says that if he wins the race for the governor’s chair, he will continue being fiscally responsible with state money and encouraging outside investment in Indiana.  On Saturday, he will officially kick-off that campaign with a rally in downtown Columbus.
