Court hears Indiana Planned Parenthood case

Planned Parenthood and the state of Indiana each made their case in court today as a federal judge decides whether to halt legislation stripping funding from organizations providing abortions.  But the state Attorney General says part of the case doesn’t even belong in court.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports.
